Bakthasekaran MBA
I ’m a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and project manager with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning multiple industries, including construction and bio-pharmaceuticals. My journey began in the construction sector, where I successfully built and operated my own business before transitioning into clinical trial management. Since then, I’ve led complex projects within both global corporations and agile, fast-growing startups.
My expertise lies in driving operational excellence, optimizing financial performance, and navigating the regulatory complexities of the life sciences industry. I bring a diverse skill set that includes project management, business development, finance, data analytics, risk assessment, and strategic oversight, enabling organizations to scale efficiently and deliver results.
I hold a Bachelor of Science In Public Health (BPH) and a Master In Business Administration (MBA), providing a strong foundation in both healthcare and business strategy. Outside of work, I’m a proud father to two beautiful daughters and a devoted husband, enjoying life in Chattanooga and all it has to offer. I actively serve in leadership of our men’s ministry team at Signal Mountain Bible Church and support my wife in her work with RUF Ministries, finding joy and purpose in both family and faith.
